*Water IS KEY! (Drink 8 Glasses Daily)It Helps Your Skin, Kidneys, and You Stay Hydrated.

*Stay Away From/Do Not Drink Energy Drinks!(Monster, Venom, Red Bull, Five Minute Energy, ect.)

*Strech Everyday To Increase Flexablity.

*Do Not Drink Soda Often. One Every Once In A While Is Fine, But Drink 2 Glasses Of Water After 1 Can Of Soda To Stay Hydrated.

AND...

* EXERCISE!
