Tips To Keep Your Body Healthy! :D

*Water IS KEY! (Drink 8 Glasses Daily)It Helps Your Skin, Kidneys, and You Stay Hydrated.

*Stay Away From/Do Not Drink Energy Drinks!(Monster, Venom, Red Bull, Five Minute Energy, ect.)

*Strech Everyday To Increase Flexablity.

*Do Not Drink Soda Often. One Every Once In A While Is Fine, But Drink 2 Glasses Of Water After 1 Can Of Soda To Stay Hydrated.

AND...

* EXERCISE!

Your first assignment:) enjoy

For your first Project, we want to see your creativity! The collage is an assignment, is a 2 week process where on your own time you will look through magazines or online pictures, must use at least 5 full length pictures(not dance magazines.) Cut out no less then ten pictures. From these pictures you will create a dance! Magazines will be provided in the dance room but most of this project must be done on your own time. Welcome To The Dance Blog!!!

Welcome to the dance blog our goals for this class is to teach, learn, and have fun together. The class is taught by Ms. Allysun, Samantha Campbell, and Anthony Pumarejo.
